In this role, you’ll:
- ▶Neural Architecture: Improve and develop new features for our proprietary multi-task scene understanding models, focusing on mapless spatial awareness.
- ▶Production Optimization: Quantize, optimize, and deploy heavy models to run efficiently on edge production hardware.
- ▶Pipeline Engineering: Streamline and automate our deep learning training pipelines for faster iteration and deployment.
- ▶Real-World Testing: Take your code from the workstation to the asphalt by testing software directly in our self-driving test vehicles.
What we require:
- ✓Academic & Practical Foundation: MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or equivalent high-level industry experience.
- ✓Deep Learning Mastery: Proven track record of solving complex problems using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- ✓Dual-Language Proficiency: Expert-level programming in Python (for research/prototyping) and C++ (for production-grade deployment).
- ✓Collaborative Mindset: A strong team player who prioritizes technical truth and continuous learning over ego.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Hands-on experience in 3D scene understanding, LiDAR processing, or computer vision for robotics.
- Experience managing large-scale software projects and maintaining codebase integrity.
- Familiarity with CUDA kernel optimization for real-time inference.
